DISPOSER CARE is scientifically designed and tested to clean and deodorize your garbage disposer. The powerful blue foaming action scrubs away food particles, grease and grunge, cleaning the entire garbage disposer and drain, leaving a pleasant lemon fresh scent.

DISPOSER CARE is easy to use. Simply drop in the pre-measured cleaning packet and let your disposer do the work for you. No mess… no cleanup. Regular use of DISPOSER CARE will eliminate odor causing grunge from building up. DISPOSER CARE is safe on all disposer parts, plumbing and septic systems.

Is Disposer Care safe for my septic system? Yes, Disposer Care is safe for all plumbing and septic systems.

How often should I use Disposer Care? About every 1–2 weeks or as often as needed.

There is no blue foam in the drain, did I do something wrong? It is likely too much water is going down the drain. Decrease water to a smaller stream and repeat treatment.

How do I use Disposer Care?

Start with turned off empty disposer. Run a strong stream of hot water into the sink (not directly into the disposer) for one minute. Reduce hot water stream to a trickle.

DO NOT OPEN PACKET. WITH DISPOSER OFF and water still at a trickle, insert one biodegradable packet completely into the disposer. Turn on disposer.

Blue cleaning foam may rise into sink or both sinks if a double sink. Cleaning action continues as foam retreats into disposer.

Cleaning cycle is complete when cleaning foam entirely disappears from disposer and you hear a swish of water (approx. 3–4 min.). Rinse remaining foam from sink and turn off disposer.

What if my disposal shuts off in the middle of a cleaning with Disposer Care? Disposals will instantly shut off if they begin to overheat. Most disposals have a reset button on the lower portion or on the bottom of the unit. If yours does not have one of these buttons, or are unable to locate it, let the disposal cool. After the disposal is cool, try to turn it on again. The unit should have cooled sufficiently to reset itself.

Powerful blue cleaning foam may rise into sink (or in both sinks, if a double sink). Cleaning continues as foam retreats into drain and disposer.

DISPOSER CARE is designed for use in properly working disposers.

Use weekly to prevent build-up and odors from forming.

Start with garbage disposer turned off and clear of food waste. Run a strong stream of hot water for about 1 minute down disposer drain. Reduce hot water flow to pencil width stream not directly into disposer drain.

Insert 1 biodegradable inner packet (DO NOT OPEN PACKET) completely into disposer. Turn on disposer.

Cleaning is complete when blue foam entirely disappears and you hear a "swish" of water. (cleaning time varies approx. 2-4 minutes)

Turn off disposer and rinse remaining foam from sink.
